there is a procedure formed by the top surgeons of U S (not sure) which has brought out a form or a questionare.. contained by this questionare u have to describe ur disease or explain to them how u feel and consequently they look at ur case, and try to relieve u to bring out a solution to ur case... the first name is AIMS but that too i am not sure..
