HLA DR15 can be associated next to an increased risk of multiple sclerosis, as well as myelodysplastic syndrome or aplastic anaemia. I wouldnt verbs too much, it could just be anaemia but you enjoy a good doctor who is trying to build sure. Plus it just finances there is an increased risk, not that you own it, just as anyone female increases your risk of breast cancer! Here are some links if you want to find out more:

Dude, wrong net page!! You need to be in motion to WEBMD.com
HLA means Human Leukocyte Antigen---that's newly a fancy name for consistent molecules found on your cells which are individual linked by guaranteed studies to various immunologic and oncologic diseases. It could stingy that you are more prone to these diseases, not necessarily develop them. Your other lab tests, and more importantly your symptoms, should update you more about which selective disease you could have. Don't be afraid to ask your doctor in the region of the technical expressions. It's part of the work. I hope everything turns out well for you. Good luck.
I know what HLA DR15 is, but this is really not the place to win your answer. You need to ask your doctor this put somebody through the mill.
Be sure you keep your appointment next to the hematologist.
