Well, it would be great to find a cure. But just approaching cancer, it's very complicated and can simply be treated.
Of course not. Do you really think that the thousands of scientist trying aggressively and tirelessly to combat this horrible virus aren't trying as hard as they can to do so? Viruses are much harder to treat than let say diseases cause by bacteria.
