I had my appendix removed second tuesday is it normal to experience dryness close to in the eyes, sweat, and saliva?Doctors single?

No, this is not an after effect of an appendectomy but may have be due to anesthesia. But if you're still experiencing this - and you haven't said if you are or are not - report it to your doctor. All effects of anesthesia should have worn stale by now, it's be 6 days.
