Doctors just..?

ok im 17 and i have be smoking for about 4yrs (im quiting),and i want to know if my lungs will clear up and if i will know how to breath again when i workout??Doctors just..?
The sooner in existence you quit the better your chances for rebuilding lung function are. You can't reverse smash up per say but you can start again and live a normal natural life like someone who have never smoked. I'm sure at your age you haven't smoked alot. Even if its been 4 years. Quit presently and ask you doctor about some lung and breathing exercises you can do.
How plentiful doctors do you think are on ByeDr.com at 9am contained by the morning?
Yes, if you quit smoking your lungs will heal and you will be capable of breathe again when you workout (sooner than you would expect actually).
You can increase your lung function to a degree however, any reduce to rubble done can't be reversed.
By working out, you will strengthen the lungs and heart. Together they can improve your over adjectives endurance.
If I be you I would ask your doctor for a pulmonary function test to be done soon after one every 2 years or so. This can track the progression of disease and/or the digression of the lungs.
Good luck
