Do you really stop a cold from self out surrounded by the rainfall?

If you do, why is that? If not, then where on earth did this myth come from?Do you really stop a cold from self out surrounded by the rainfall?
No, you catch a cold by person exposed to the virus that causes it. The myth probably come from moms trying to get their kids to dress appropriately for the weather.
Yeah, happen to me before. I meditate it's because your body temperatures drops down because of the rainfall is so cold AND wet, so approaching it gets into your immune system and make you have a cold.
You gotta be out at hand longer than 10 minutes tho. It's not just gonna begin for being out nearby for like 5 second.
i RAiN :)
What Miss "I want you" said made me laugh audibly. Rain and cold do not cause colds. Cold virus cause colds. You cannot stop a cold by being cold, underdressed or out within the rain. I be a ski instructor for 8 years and worked in the cold and contained by snowstorms and occasionally sleet. Never got a cold from these extreme conditions. Don't know how this myth get started.
No
YES!! it has happen to me many times. you dont literally capture a cold form the rain itself, but one wet or surrounded by wet clothes for a while (Especially when its cold outside) greatly lowers your immune system making you more susceptible to germs, cause you to get sick when you otherwise would hold been fine.
No, you can't. There are abundantly of misconceptions that go around around health related issues. For instance, you can't procure HIV from a mosquito either.
do we own massive epidemics of colds every time it rains?
NO we procure them from germs in the upper air. the worst a cold rain might do is dent our immune system temporarily. but its only the bug that give disease.
