Heat causes the pores to clear up, more oil. More acne.
It can stir either approach. Just sunlight can help clear up acne from my own personal experience. It help to dry up excess oil and such. But if it cause you to sweat it could make it worse. Hope this help.
Sun exposure can cause acne to look smaller quantity obvious, but it doesn't product a difference in the actual pimple. Dermatololgists utter that sunlight is bad for acne because it interferes near skins healing skilfulness.
I find that mine get better beside sunlight, but without the sweat. Or it could lately seem resembling that because I don't wear any makeup in the summer because my facade is tan, so short the makeup, I don't have fatty skin
dries up the oil...make it better unless of course you are sweating. later pores get clogged anyway
