Hydrate your self by drinking and try using moisterisers, they should sofen it up a bit.
You call for to try Repcllin on your skin. Repcillin will take away the dry patch, I have be using Repcillin with Vaseline, it works wonders.
Warning, it is sturdy to get hold of Repcillin, it have only be on the market for a few months. I bought 4 tubs to spawn sure I dont run out.
Do not use vaseline try using a diluted head and shoulders shampoo on artificial area twice a morning that will help
use cream or pharmacy lotions
This may be eczema.
Dry rough patches (sometimes they itch) can indicate eczema (atopic dermatitis). The American Academy of Family Physicians recommend the following:
1. Cleanse your face beside a mild soap (Dove is good). Use warm, not hot, hose. Gently pat dry.
2. Moisturizer can help prevent and treat eczema. Vaseline (petrolatum) is in fact the best choice. A plain moisturizer with few ingredients (avoid fragrances and alcohol) is best.
3. Eczema is worsened by fry, stress, and sweating. It can also be irritated by harsh soaps, medicated shampoos, makeup, perfume...anything that irritates or stimulates your skin.
4. Hydrocortisone (over-the-counter) topical cream may be used sparingly when an outbreak is severe. As soon as the eczema is better (2-3 days) stop the hydrocortisone and start using your moisturizer instead.
5. If you eczema persist, or if it is in a voluminous area that make you self-conscious (like your face), see a physician for a prescription medication and further advice.
