Kind of, but if you really want to achieve rid of pimples use Proactive. It's the best!
if I remember correctly, toothpaste burns the pimple and makes it shift away a little faster but I don't focus it does anything to prevent pimples.
It can help to dry them up, but to go and get rid of and prevent new ones try Tea Tree Oil.
Available from vigour food stores. There is also Tea Tree Oil face clear up available.

No, it is just for brushing teeth. Usually pimples will progress away after puberty passes.
It didn't work for me at adjectives, it made it worse.
