Dry Mouth and Sticky White Substance contained by MOUTH?

I have bleeding gums and when i achieve up in the morning I own blood in the spit. I go to dentist and he asked me to use Periogaurd (mouthwash).
In the morning I am experiencing dry mouth. and some white sticky substance inside the mouth ie on the inner cheeks and gums (not on the tounge).
These look like symptoms of oral thrush (dry mouth and white sticky substance)
my friend said its newly the mouth is shedding, but on internet i found that body creates that naturally surrounded by mucus areas to keep away germs?
please need expert guidance and people beside experience in DENTAL nouns.
Also I had a low risk sex experience (went down on a woman for 2 minutes) two months ago and startled that bleeding gums (gingivitis) is a symptom or condition of HIV. she dint ejaculate and i dint have any spread out sores in my mouth

calm down- you hold advanced stages of peridontal diease. Find a new dentist and ask them nearly periodontal surgery- it's a deep, below the gum column cleaning. It will cost you however since it's not a normal preventive cleaning.
Also start flossing twice day by day and stop smoking to your gums can heal.
Most expected you do not have HIV (ie it have nothing to do next to your mouth and gum issues ).
You might try using glyoxide instead of the Perioguard. It doesn't have the bacterial slaughter properties, but it might not leave the "white" substance. You own gum disease. Are you loosing teeth?
Are you sure it is not thrush? When you whipe it is your tongue still white?
