hello..i need aid right now on what to do beside my face...when i took a shower i used the soap call (NEUTROGENA).when i came out.my full face started burning...and it still does...and its stingy.i cant even move my facade.its burns very much and its turns deeply flaky..will someoen tell me what to do right presently...it burns.and i tryed lotion already.PLZ TELL ME WHAT TO DO IT HURTS!Face is wierd .burns.stings...and drys?
rinse your face really ably...then ask your mom or someone at the house next to you if you have hydrocortisone.this stops itching and burning and flaking...if nobody have any rub vaseline on it or any oil resembling olive oil consequently take yourself to the store similar to walgreens to get some hydrocortisone.your obverse is too sensitive for neutrogena so never use it again.
It sounds as though you are allergic to something in the soap; cortisone cream may assist. You might also take a dose of Benedryl; it will bring in you a bit sleepy, but should help silence the reaction. Obviously, you don't want to use that soap again. I'm for a time surprised by this, because Neutrogena is very mild, but clearly it have created a problem.
I would also consider contacting the manufacturer to agree to them know of your reaction; there's a truthfully good unsystematic that they will ask you to ship it to them (at their expense); I've used this brand for many years (I'm 52, and own been using it since my teens), and I've literally never run into anybody who have had a problem beside it. It's not very probable, but it is POSSIBLE that something got into the bottle that isn't supposed to be in that, and I am reasonably undisputed that they would want to find out what it is.
Good luck!
