Does a guy know when he have an std approaching Trichomoniasis?

well iv be talking to this guy that present this infection i wonder if he knows he have it..what are the symptoms that guys get?Does a guy know when he have an std approaching Trichomoniasis?
Trichomoniasis is cause by a single-celled protozoan parasite, Trichomonas vaginalis. It is usually found in the urethra contained by men.
Most men do not have symptoms save for irritation inside the penis, a mild discharge, or slight burning after urination or ejaculation. These symptoms disappear within a few weeks lacking treatment, but the man is still infected and can pass on the parasite.
Untreated trichomoniasis can result contained by pelvic inflammatory disease in women. Although trichomoniasis is NOT a reportable STD (physicians diagnosing it do not hold to report it to the state health department), an estimated 5 million women gain it each year.
Trich is usually treated near metronidazole (Flagyl) in a single dose. Flagyl is an antibiotic and an antiparasitic.
Note: If this guy give you trichomoniasis, he could also have given you: Gonorrhea. Syphilis. Chlamydia. HIV. Hepatitis C. HPV (there are 30 sexually-transmissible kinds). Genital wart. Yeast infection. Urinary tract infection. Pubic lice. Scabies. Bacterial vaginosis. He has of course caused you anxiety, annoyance, and (I hope) carrying out tests and treatment for this STD. Please be careful!
probably not, a great deal of times guys don't get the adjectives symptoms a female would catch (itching, burning, etc)
you dont always know you own it since you can be a carrier and not show symptoms
one symptom is penial discharge

B.
A man might not own any symptoms. If they do it will be a slight irritation in side the penis, a slight discharge and /or a slight burning during urination and /or ejaculation.
