Does any one know any home remedies for treating eczema (exsama)?

i have tried soooooo oodles things and even when i was younger i have to take steriods to facilitate me sleep with out scratch in my sleep! sometimes i discern like ive tried everything dont know what else to do i use products that oblige me maintain it but since i moved south i started getting spotches or discolored patch its just really on my arms but i own dry skin and my arms get sore sometimes i even grew out of it for a while untill i moved to a state that doesnt enjoy all 4 season i would just close to ideas what could i do or what hold you heard?Does any one know any home remedies for treating eczema (exsama)?

I have it on my t-zone on my facade, I use Des Owen lotion for it, my doc prescribed it, it takes it right away, if i stir one day minus it, it comes back
