Does anyone know how to alleviate your lungs and throat after quitting smoking?

I am 36 years old and started smoking when I be in 7th and 8th level. Already a little over 20 years... Crazy how time flies... Anyways, besides long runs and cycling rides any specifics I should know that will assistance detox and heal?Does anyone know how to alleviate your lungs and throat after quitting smoking?
Time is the singular thing. Try to avoid irritants as much as possible and hold exercising. Your on the right track, I think time is your answer. Good Luck
Avoiding smoking as you are already doing is the simply thing you can do. Otherwise it newly takes time. There are no potions, herb, spells or incantations that are going to speed it along.
BTW good brief, good luck and God bless.
congrats on quitting...time will treat them but excersising will help rid your lungs of the build up over the years.
