Does anyone know how to capture rid of problem zits swiftly?
The solution that LoveJones gave works next to any acne cream. If you have a colossal zit pop up, clean it after put the medication on it and cover it with a ice pack. It will be gone in in the region of 4-6 hours.

mop a little neosporin on the zit - it will dance away in 3 days or so.
I swear. my wife made a join of ibuprofen, asprin and aloe vera gel. She put it on the zit and put a band aid over it. The subsequent morning it was gone.
Clean & Clear make a product with 10% Benzoyl Peroxide within it. Wash your face beside mild cleanser and then use a toner. Dab a bit of the acne spot cream on your zit at hours of darkness. In the morning it should be almost if not adjectives the way gone. Good luck!
