Does anyone know it illinois have a tenet that prevents you from passin an std?
Yes and no. While you can bring charges against someone for giving you an STD, it is almost impossible to prove. You would have to be capable of prove that they knew they have the STD and purposely did not tell you. You would also stipulation to prove that you did not have one beforehand having sex next to them, and that you have not have sex with anyone else within that time.
There are millions of people walking around next to STD and do not know it. You cannot bring charges against any of them for being too oblivious to get tested. In indistinguishable respect, if you sleep with someone lacking confirming their status then you pur yourself at risk. It would next be partly your own show disapproval.
no and how do that catch u if u really did?
I would hope so. assault perchance? manslaughter?
If you have an STD acquire it checked out and get treatment. If you are caught, various states will now charge you beside assault with a incurable weapon (your body being considered a chancy weapon as it is contaminated with a disease/std), thankfulness to the herpes, HIV,aids and other STD's going around.
Better to be safe than sorry. Besides, who within their right mind would risk spreading an STD?
Oh, I'd love to see someone try to monitor and enforce that law! LOL!!
