My puppy has a spot between her eyes and one on her cheek that I muse may be this. I thought it was a fungus and trated it beside apple cider vinegar. I have also tried calendula tincture surrounded by water. I will hold the vet chek it out tomorrow.Does anyone know what to do for demodectic mange?
This mange is caused by a mite that live inside the fleece follicles, NOT a fungus. You need an rub from the vet (Goodwinol ointment) or it is sometimes treated with ivermectin.
Here is a join that has adjectives the info you need to know:

it can at times clear up by itself, but i.e. not the usual course of things.. you want to nip this before it become generalized because then you can enjoy major medical bills and your dog can hold issues for life. You will involve antibiotic cream as a follow up with the Goodwinol liniment.
Also small spots like that could be ringworm. You requirement to go to the vet and receive sure that it is only demodectic mange and zero contagious to you !
I was a moment ago reading up and usually it self cures so it says. They mention anti bacterial rub, neosporin??Interesting mites.
