Foaming at the mouth?

At driver's ed yesterday, there be a 31 year old mannish in the class. He said he didn't touch well and go to lay down on the couch in the backbone. The teacher asked if he needed to use the restroom (the couch be right outside it), he didn't say anything, and adjectives of a sudden he started foaming yellow foam at the mouth, and consequently he began throwing up adjectives over himself. The whole time he be staring straight ahead and it seemed resembling he almost didn't notice what he be doing. The entire time he was totally unresponsive. Until the ambulance come, he was drifting contained by and out of conciousness.
My question is, what could enjoy been wrong next to him? Was it some kind of disease, be he on drugs, or what? I've never heard of someone foaming at the mouth approaching that, especially as much as he was.Foaming at the mouth?
He may hold been have an epileptic seizure, contained by which case he is not contagious and poses no authentic health threat except to himself (such as biting or swallowing his tongue, contusing from falling or other injuries associated near the seizure).
Immediate diagnosis of this (with 95% accuracy) is that the patient experienced a gran mal spasm. The cause of this is within no way contagious. You're safe and sound.
It was definetly some sensitive of seizure, possibly epileptic. If he be taking some kind of medication, it be having a discouraging adverse affect. It is a good item, that someone called the medics right away.
