For diabetic those, which excercise is better, any cycling or walking?
Walking is pretty good since the likelihood of getting injured are pretty low. Injuries are problems for diabetics because healing is sometimes slower than average and the chances of getting an infection are increased. My vote is for walking, but keep under surveillance out for the dogs.
both are good fora diabetic to do==walking is better for elder diabetics as they can take their time
I prefer walking, but respectively person have to design a program that works for them.
Both are good. I asked my Dr. more or less walking vs. running. He said it's the same amount of exercise per mile, walking newly takes a bit longer. Cycling is probably 'faster' than walking, contained by terms of burning calores, exercising your heart, building muscle.
The most earth-shattering thing is that you catch out there and DO it, doesn`t matter what it is. 8^)
It depends on the person's health, age, mass and what works best for them.
Walking is the best over all exercise, but plentifully of diabetics are overweight with other strength issues and cannot walk far minus becoming short of breath, etc.
Stationary cycles work well if the seating are comfortable, but many are not.
Regular cycling have the same problems as walking for tons diabetics, shortness of breath, weakness, dizziness, etc.
It adjectives comes down to will power and the desire to do it every day.
