Food & large blood pressure ..?

what kinds of food make happen or increase the blood pressure.Food & large blood pressure ..?
sodium or salt and caffeine are the 2 big ones
Caffeine tend to have a short-term affect.
Sodium is longer continuing and difficult for your heart and kidneys to handle. It's also pretty trouble-free to reduce. Just stop calculation salt to things, start reading label for sodium, and watch out at restaurants. Once you do the first two things, your taste will change and you will become more sensitive to sodium surrounded by restaurants.
A *shortage* of potassium can also be a problem, since it tends to achievement in the contrasting direction from sodium in the control of fluids at the cellular height.
Alcohol is another potential issue.
I suggest your join and read up at the Yahoo! bloodpressureline group. There is some appropriate reading material from Dr. Grim, who runs the group.
hi here
anything that is salt can cause an elevated blood pressure. The sense for this is that, this food can absorb sea back into the bloodstream ( by osmosis). IF you enjoy a greater blood volume, then blood pressure will also elevate. Thats is why the diet we recommend to hypertensive family are low salt diets.
